How to Make Easter Peeps Dirt Cups
In a large bowl, whisk the pudding mix and milk for 2 minutes.


Add 2 drops of red food coloring and 1 drop of blue food coloring.
Mix until the color is fully blended.


Gently fold in the whipped topping until smooth.


In 9-ounce cups, add 2–3 tablespoons of cookie crumbs. Top with 3–4 tablespoons of the pudding mixture.


Repeat the layers and finish with a sprinkle of cookie crumbs. Place one Peep bunny in the center of each cup.


Add coconut and 1 drop of green food coloring to a zip-top bag. Seal and shake until the coconut turns green. Sprinkle the green “grass” over the cookie crumbs.


Place 3 Cadbury Mini Eggs in front of each bunny. Chill for 30 minutes, or until ready to serve.

- 3.4 oz cheesecake instant pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
- 4 oz whipped topping
- 1 ½ cups crushed Oreo cookies
- 6 Peeps bunnies
- ¼ cup shredded coconut
- Red, green, and blue food coloring
- 18 Cadbury Mini Eggs
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the pudding mix and milk for 2 minutes. Add 2 drops of red food coloring and 1 drop of blue food coloring. Mix until the color is solid.
- Fold in the whipped topping.
- In 9 oz cups (link above), layer 2-3 to tablespoons of cookie crumbs, then 3-4 tablespoons of pudding mixture. Repeat these layers. Top with a sprinkle of cooking crumbs.
- Insert a Peep bunny into the center of the cup.
- Add coconut and one drop of green food coloring to a ziplock bag, seal closed, and shake until the coconut has turned green. Sprinkle a little of the green “grass” on top of the “dirt” cookie crumbs.
