My mom has been making magic cookie bars since I was a little kid, and they have been a favorite of mine ever since. I make them for my family all of the time, and put a spin on them for Easter and other holidays. These Easter Magic Bars are loaded with all of our favorites, and topped with delicious M&Ms milk chocolate candy in spring colors. Today, I’m sharing this recipe with you for our Tasty Tuesday feature. You can find more delicious recipes from my friends, at the bottom of this post.

These Easter Magic Bars are very easy to make, and only require one pan from start to finish. They’re a delicious treat that your family will love, and are great to share with friends too.

How to make Easter Magic Bars
Follow the steps below to make your own batch of these delicious gooey bars. When I make them, I like to line the baking pan with parchment paper so that I can just lift the bars right out of the pan, and transfer to a cutting board to easily cut them into 2 x 2 inch bars. It sure makes this a lot easier, and then you don’t have to worry about the edges sticking to the side of the plan.

Ingredients:
- â…“ cup butter, melted
- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- ½ cup coconut flakes
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- ½ cup chopped walnuts
- 1 cup Easter M&Ms
- Parchment paper (optional)

Directions:
Step 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2. Melt butter.

Step 3. Mix butter and graham cracker crumbs.
Step 4. Spread mixture in 13 x 9 baking pan, lined with parchment paper.

Step 5. Pour sweetened condensed milk over crumb mixture, evenly coating the entire pan.
Step 6. Sprinkle coconut, chocolate chips and walnuts evenly across baking pan.

Step 7. Top with M&Ms.
Step 8. Bake for 25 minutes, or until edges are golden.
Step 9. Cool for 1 hour, then cut into bars.
