In a large bowl, whisk together the pudding mix and milk for 2 minutes. Add 2 drops of red food coloring and 1 drop of blue food coloring. Mix until the color is solid.

Fold in the whipped topping.

In 9 oz cups (link above), layer 2-3 to tablespoons of cookie crumbs, then 3-4 tablespoons of pudding mixture. Repeat these layers. Top with a sprinkle of cooking crumbs.

Insert a Peep bunny into the center of the cup.

Add coconut and one drop of green food coloring to a ziplock bag, seal closed, and shake until the coconut has turned green. Sprinkle a little of the green “grass” on top of the “dirt” cookie crumbs.

Add 3 Cadbury Mini Eggs in front of the bunnies in each cup.

Chill for 30 minutes, or until ready to serve.
