I’ve found a love for black beans since dining at one of my favorite Mexican restaurants and I thought a black bean & corn salsa would be a super tasty addition to one of our favorite meals, steak burrito bowls. So today I’ve partnered with one of my favorite brands, Red Gold to share this super tasty Black Bean & Corn Salsa Recipe with you.
This Black Bean & Corn Salsa Recipe is great because you can load it on top of tacos and burritos, yet also serve it as a dip for an appetizer. It takes just minutes to make so it’s a great last minute party dish too!
My?Black Bean & Corn Salsa Recipe starts with Red Gold Tomatoes because they’re 100% natural, non-GMO verified and don’t use BPA liners. They’re grown by families, enjoyed by families and I’ve seen first hand how fresh Red Gold’s tomatoes actually are. ?When Red Gold’s farm partners harvest the tomatoes that are used in Red Gold products, the trucks leave the farm immediately after they’re full of tomatoes. The trucks arrive at a production facility no later than 8 hours after the actual departure from the farm and are unloaded, washed and produced into product within 48 hours. In fact, Red Gold was recently named the best canned tomato by Epicurious – that’s how good they are!
The Red Gold family are strong supporters of fighting hunger, one of the things that I am most passionate about. A hungry belly is a terrible feeling and I’m really proud to be able to work on projects like this with a brand that does so much to help fight hunger locally, and also across the nation. In fact they just participated in the 5th Annual Red Gold Run to Crush Hunger and raised a whopping $52,432.88 to benefit local Indiana charities!
