Calling all football fans! I know there’s been a lot of excitement surrounding the games lately. Everyone is rooting for their favorite teams to win, while snacking on their game day favorites. What is Jersey Report, you ask? Well DICK?S Sporting Goods launched the Jersey Report 5 years ago to engage with fans and it’s kind of like a NFL popularity contest. Online and in-store sales data from DICK’S Sporting Goods is collected and the Jersey Report is based off that, and the top selling jerseys can be viewed. I was pretty excited to see my home team’s player Aaron Rodgers’ jersey ranked as #4 in the Jersey Report. Way to go Aaron!
Jersey Report data points are available on overall, offense, defense, rookie and team rankings by week, 30 days and by season so fans can really get into this! I was pretty impressed to see that the Green Bay Packers made the majority of the lists, either overall as a team or by a specific player. ?I suppose that just gives me all that more reason to keep rooting for them and hope for them to make it all the way to the big game.
One of the features that I found really cool about Jersey Report is that you can even search for a specific player by name and see the stats for jersey sales for the entire season. Looks like sales really picked up for Aaron Rodgers after that last game. I’m guessing he really impressed quite a few fans!
