When making our diy bath and beauty products, we like to use Rocky Mountain Oils, because they have such a great selection of single oils as well as essential oil blends. We also love this mica powder for any of our projects that require color, and this sweet almond oil anytime a carrier oil is called for in a recipe.

What does a sugar body scrub do?
It is used to exfoliate dead skin cells, which build up over time. When you exfoliate your skin, it can give the appearance of softer, glowing skin.
Which sugar is best for body scrub?
Believe it or not, you can make this with regular granulated sugar. In fact, that’s exactly what this recipe, as well as all of my other sugar scrub recipes, calls for!
How often should you use a sugar body scrub?
How often you should exfoliate your skin will depend greatly on your skin type. If you have oily skin, you’ll want to exfoliate 3-4 times per week. For normal skin, exfoliating 2-3 times each week should do the trick, and sensitive skin should only be exfoliated 1-2 times per week.
