I was so excited when I found out that Kohana Skin would be participating in this event. Their products sounded wonderful and I couldn’t wait to choose something to try!

I did have a hard time deciding. Ask Jennifer, I kept going back and fourth! I finally decided on the Wild Ginger Tropical Moisture Creme and I am so glad I did! The smell is so invigorating. I fell in love at first scent and I could literally just sit and smell it for hours.

It’s nice and thick and creamy and goes on oh so smooth. It even came in a cute little jar with a sticker of tropical mountainside on the lid. It will definitely make a nice keepsake jar when I’ve used up all the lotion!

The Man’s not really big on ties. In fact I’ve only seen him wear them on a handful of occasions. Our son, on the other hand is the complete opposite. He loves ties and bow ties. In fact, he sued to have little clip on ties when he was younger. He’d wear those things all over the place. You should have seen him recently when he was standing up in a friend’s wedding. He thought he was the coolest thing ever with his little tie on!

The Fourth of July is fast approaching. In fact, it’s only 4 days away! My Lil Man will be sporting the Patriotic Flag Necktie shown above all around the park that day. He’ll be super stylish and sporting his country’s colors all at the same time. This tie really is cool looking. You can’t tell from the picture, but there’s swirls in it that give it some definition and just make it look cooler all around.

I am a candle fanatic. My house is adorned in them. I am never without a candle. If we have a storm and the power goes out, I never worry. I have enough candles to keep our house lit for days. You’d think I’d be fine with that.

No, I’m not though. I look at the candle section of every store I go into. I smell them, I feel them. I just may be a candle addict. Hey, we all gotta have something, right?

Yes. Yes, we do!

I just can’t help but be mesmerized by their glow and sometimes their scent. They’re calming, romantic and pretty. There’s nothing better than watching a scary movie with candles lit throughout the room. It totally intensifies the eeriness I think!

I was sent the 6″ Dragonfly – Fern and it arrived ever so beautiful in a keepsake gift box. In fact, I still have the box. I like it that much. Oh this review isn’t about the box?

Oops! It’s pretty though, isn’t it?

Ok, now on to the candle. Don’t mind me, I get sidetracked too easily. First of all, I love the dragonflies all over it. They are just too cute! The candle looks great alone or on a cute little holder. Since it’s already decorated, both options work great. They burn great and are pretty long lasting. I’ve burned for about 5 hours and have barely put a dent in the candle.

Black & Light offers a variety of lovely decorative candles. They even have ones with butterflies, which I was so tempted to get! Next time, for sure!

Company Mission

All Terrain’s primary mission is to sell quality “Natural Remedies for Outdoor Enthusiasts.” Environmentally conscious, All Terrain’s products have all natural ingredients and their packaging is made from recycled material, recyclable and/or biodegradable. We spend a lot of time outdoors when the weather is nice. We’re out there every day, unless it’s raining.. sometimes even then!

Mosquitoes are pretty pesky here, even in our own backyard. Bug Spray is definitely essential in our outdoor life.

We received a couple of bottles of the Herbal Armor Spray from All Terrain. It’s 100% DEET free and it’s made with all natural ingredients.

We used this when we went camping and it worked great. It kept the bugs off and smells much better than other bug sprays I’ve tried. It has kind of a citrus scent, I want to say. Definitely more appealing for sure. It does spray out white though, so you have to rub it in with your hands. I’d love to see a clear formula.

Sun protection is equally important, especially when we’re in the water. AquaSport SPF 15 sunscreen is waterproof and uses Z-Cote which offers the broadest UVA/UVB spectrum protection available. It goes on smooth and smells great. It saved me from sunburn when I was sitting in the hot baking sun!
