How to Make Robin Egg Easter Brownies
Preheat your oven to 350°F.
In a large bowl, stir together the brownie mix, eggs, oil, and water until smooth.



Grease the brownie pan, then evenly spoon the batter into the 12 cavities.

Press a small amount of crushed Robin Eggs into the center of each filled cavity.

Place the pan in the oven and bake for about 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let the brownies cool completely.

- 1 Boxed Brownie Mix I used 18.3 oz Duncan Hines Chewy Fudge Brownie Mix
- 3 large eggs
- ⅔ cup vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp water
- ⅔ cup Robin Eggs crushed
- ¼ cup white chocolate for drizzle
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large bowl, mix together the brownie mix, eggs, oil, and water until you have a smooth batter.
- Grease the brownie pan, then divide the mixture between the 12 cavities of the brownie pan.
- Add a small amount of crushed Robin Eggs into the center of each batter filled cavity.
- Transfer the pan to the oven and bake for 20 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the center of a brownie comes out clean.
- Allow brownies to cool.
- Gently remove each brownie from the pan. You can lightly run a butter knife along the edges to help them lift out.
