Robin Egg Easter Brownies

Equipment

  • Large mixing bowl
  • silicone spoon
  • Brownie pan

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Boxed Brownie Mix I used 18.3 oz Duncan Hines Chewy Fudge Brownie Mix
  • 3 large eggs
  • cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp water
  • cup Robin Eggs crushed
  • ¼ cup white chocolate for drizzle

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a large bowl, mix together the brownie mix, eggs, oil, and water until you have a smooth batter.
  • Grease the brownie pan, then divide the mixture between the 12 cavities of the brownie pan.
  • Add a small amount of crushed Robin Eggs into the center of each batter filled cavity.
  • Transfer the pan to the oven and bake for 20 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the center of a brownie comes out clean.
  • Allow brownies to cool.
  • Gently remove each brownie from the pan. You can lightly run a butter knife along the edges to help them lift out.
  • Melt the white chocolate and drizzle over each brownie. Immediately top with a sprinkle of crushed Robin Eggs.
