Baby Sis turned 6 months old this month and I can hardly believe it! Time is truly flying with my last little baby! Like most babies Baby Sis thinks tummy time is a form of torture but I am well aware how important it is to physical development. The key is finding something they enjoy looking at to help distract them from the fact they are doing exercise. For the past few weeks Baby Sis has really enjoyed her Little Frog Water Play Mat from HABA USA.
The Little Frog Water Play Mat is a quality stitched, friendly frog set overtop a mat filled with water and fun shapes that move and float around in the frog’s belly.
The water-filled mat is coated with a soft removable fabric made of polyester which is machine washable. I sure do love a baby toy that is machine washable! The fabric ensures babies are comfortable lying down.
The easy to fill safety relief valve is located on the back of the mat. Their directions state it should be filled with distilled water. The inner sac is made of BPA-free plastic (phthalate-free PVC).
Baby Sis will play on it a good 20 minutes before crying. That might not sound like a lot of time but it sure is for a baby that hates tummy time! I like that it is cute and small enough to pack away when we are not playing with it.
