Being smack dab in the middle of the holidays, things are rather hectic around here. I am swamped with work, household chores and a holiday to-do list that feels like it’s a mile long. I am about 2.5 months into my journey with the?Medifast Go??plan and I love how easy it is to stick to during the holiday rush.
