It’s been about 2 weeks since I first started the Medifast Go??plan on my mission to lose weight and I won’t lie to you, it was really tough at first. I’ve never been good at dieting so it’s always an adjustment since one of my biggest issues is my deep love for food. I really miss eating some of my favorite foods and I would crave them like crazy. You know, those things loaded with carbs and sugars; like pizza, potato chips and sweet snacks.
But you know what? I’ve found some?Medifast meals that taste pretty good too! I’m especially fond of the Sour Cream & Chive Mashed Potatoes and ended up eating my entire stash of those in the first week. The Beef Vegetable Soup is pretty good too. I’m really digging things like the Brownie Soft Bake and the different flavors of Crunch Bars. For dinner, one of my favorites is the Chili Lime Chicken.
Now after over 2 weeks, I am not feeling so hungry anymore and finding that the?Medifast?meals are helping me to feel less bloated. I have a far way to go, so real results are visible yet, but the difference in how I feel is definitely there.
It really comes down to my attitude and my desire to lose weight, so I plan to do everything in my power to reach the goals that I have set for myself and I believe that the?Medifast Go??plan is going to play a huge part in that. As long as I stick to it, continue with my new exercise routine and just ignore those voices telling me that I can’t do it, then I really think that I will do it!
