I’ve never been very good at starting a grill so I really wanted to see how well the?ExtremeStart Firestarter would work. It was pretty effortless and I just had to light the package at the two arrows, then put charcoal around it. I’m a little embarrassed to admit it but this was the first time that I actually used the grill without my husband around to help! Thanks to?ExtremeStart Firestarter, now I know that I can do it. But shh, let’s keep that between us because I sure like when he does the cooking!
Bacon Spinach and Mozzarella Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe
Lil Man has been home sick so I made one of our favorites – a Bacon Spinach and Mozzarella Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe to cheer him up a bit. They’re fairly easy to make and sure are tasty.
This?Bacon Spinach and Mozzarella Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe is a few step process so you’ll need to chop the spinach and cook that along with some Mozzarella cheese and bacon bits for a few minutues, until the cheese is melted and it looks like the image below.
The next step is washing the mushrooms, then filling them, which is easiest to do by using?two spoons while the spinach, cheese and bacon mixture is still hot.
Now you’re ready to pop them on the grill; don’t forget the pan! Make sure that you close the cover of the grill too so that the juices pour out, into the bottom of the pan; which prevents the mushrooms from sticking and burning.
This?Bacon Spinach and Mozzarella Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe is perfect to make for your family and even better as a party appetizer. Just double, triple or quadruple the recipe depending on the number of people you will be serving.
