I spend a decent amount of time in the kitchen and I definitely appreciate cooking with nice cookware. I’ve been hearing all of the hype about ceramic cookware lately and was super excited when I found out that I’d be checking out the Farberware purECOok Nonstick Ceramic 12-pc. Cookware Set from Kohl’s. It has great design and craftsmanship for every kitchen and comes in 3 fun colors – aqua, blue and gray.
I’m totally diggin’ that aqua color, but my store was out of it so I opted for the gray instead.?The ceramic nonstick delivers pure nonstick performance and doesn’t contain any harmful chemicals which is important to me. I’m really excited to start testing out this new cookware all over my kitchen. It’s able to go from stovetop to the oven and even the table because of its stylish design and color. The glass lids are shatter resistant, so I’m thinking I might try out a breakfast quiche this weekend to check out the whole oven aspect! The handles are even heat resistant so I don’t have to worry about grabbing a hot pad when I’m multi-tasking in the kitchen.
The 12-piece set includes a 8-in. skillet, 9 1/2-in. skillet, 1-qt. covered saucepan, 2-qt. covered saucepan, 3-qt. covered saute pan, slotted spoon, solid spoon, slotted spatula and an egg pan. Lil Man is quite the chef in our family and he said he’ll be able to make perfect fried eggs in that pan!
I did a little testing with one of the pans when I made myself breakfast and I’ve got to say, the?8-in. skillet is great for making hash browns and eggs. Nothing stuck to the pan whatsoever and it was super easy to clean afterwards. I was quite impressed!
