Thunder Bay Press expands its line of crochet titles, which launched in 2013 with?Wizard of Oz Crochet, to popular franchises including: Star Wars Crochet, and?Disney Classic Crochet. I may not be the biggest crafter ever but both my girls adore crafts so I am always trying to find new stuff for us to play and learn. My oldest daughter has wanted to learn crochet for a while so these kits are something we can very slowly work on together. The kits come with instructions for multiple characters and there is enough materials inside to make 2 characters with each set.

An out-of-this-world crochet adventure, the Star Wars Crochet kit offers a fun and interactive experience by including a full-color paperback book with step-by-step instructions for crocheting Star Wars? most memorable characters, plus yarn, a crochet hook, a needle, stuffing, and safety eyes. With instructions for twelve different characters and enough materials for two complete projects?Yoda and a stormtrooper?your crochet collection can also soon include Luke Skywalker, Darth Vader, Princess Leia, Jabba the Hutt, and many other favorites.
If you wish upon a star for a whole cast of crochet classic Disney characters, you?re in luck. Disney Classic Crochet includes everything necessary to begin creating beloved Disney characters?Mickey, Minnie, Dumbo, Jiminy Cricket, Bambi, and even Chip and Dale. With a paperback book complete with photos and step-by-step instructions, this kit includes five colors of yarn, a crochet hook, eye beads, a needle, embroidery thread, felt, and’stuffing. Providing enough materials to assemble two adorable characters, the kit offers complete instructions for twelve huggable Disney critters.
Perfect for crafty parents in search of a projects to complete for their little ones. Although I don’t think these kits are really for beginners they are definitely still great. I just research each kind of stitch by watching YouTube videos and my daughter watches. Although we both LOVE Disney the Star Wars ones have really grabbed our attention…they are just too cute! I mean who doesn’t want to have a tiny wicket to play with!
