I love experimenting and trying new surfaces to have my photographs printed on, and I am always pleased with the results from Tiny Prints. The hardest part of ordering from Tiny Prints is taking the photographs you want to print. I have a favorite location I like to take my photographs. Just make sure that it is an overcast day so that you dont have harsh shadows, and the best time is about 9:00-10:00 a.m or late in the evening about 6:00-7:00 p.m.
After you have decided what you want your image printed on such as an acrylic block, curved glass, or metal, you then have the option to edit your picture. Your options are to leave your print as the original or change it to black & white, sepia, vibrant, vintage or sunshine. All of their options are great. I chose to leave mine as the original without editing them at all. They also have the option for you to add text. For my girl’s acrylic block I decided to add “Forever Sisters”. You don’t have to be computer savvy to create your products. What better time to tryout Tiny Prints than Mother’s Day. Any Mother would appreciate their timeless keepsakes.
I especially like the metal print. I really can’t describe the finish in words, but it is incredible!! When I created in the darkroom I would experiment printing on different surfaces and I never achieved anything like this. I will definitely be ordering more metal prints. My images of their work does not do it justice. Make sure you stop by Tiny Prints in time for Mother’s Day!
