My kids are 11 and 13, so all that I can say is that baby monitors have come a long way since I had babies running around! I just had a basic audio monitor that would love to pick up weird stuff from the truck drivers on the freeway which was about a block or so behind our house.

With 4 babies especially, a video monitor is essential. It has a split screen capability, so you can hook up a total of 4 cameras, which they definitely plan to do!
Some of the other awesome features include a temperature sensor so that you can always make sure that the room baby is in is comfortable for a good rest. It also has a talk back intercom system so you can gently soothe baby with your voice. I imagine that would be greatly helpful with the amount of babies they will have!
Setting up the monitor was easy. I took the stuff out of the package, installed batteries and plugged it in. How is that for simple?!
I had Lil Man stand in from of the camera, but he got a little silly and the looks on his face may have scared you, so I opted for the teddy bear photo instead. The image quality is actually due to the fault of my personal photo camera; 4 months old and it’s already biting the dust.
You can clearly see the teddy bear on the screen along with the room temperature and battery power.
I know that my sister in law will get plenty of use out of this monitor with her babies and at times it will seem like a life saver. She will be able to see what each baby is doing at any given time. It’s reasonably priced and I highly suggest grabbing one for your next baby shower gift recipient. If the price tag is too steep for you alone, it’s a great gift for one or two people to go in on!
