Baked Fiesta Bacon Cheese Dip
This delicious, creamy bacon and cream cheese dip is a super simple to make crowd pleasing party appetizer perfect for sharing.
Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded Fiesta Blend cheese
- 2.5 oz bacon pieces
- 1 small roma tomato diced
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp fresh chives optional
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Dice the tomato.
- Reserve about 1 teaspoon of the bacon bits and 2 teaspoons of the cheese. Set aside.
- Place cream cheese in a medium microwave safe bowl and cook on high for about 30 seconds to really soften it. Stir well.
- Add mayonnaise and stir well.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and stir until combined.
- Spoon into a small baking dish and sprinkle the bacon bits and cheese that you set aside over the top. Sprinkle with fresh chives.
- Bake for 20 minutes. Serve warm with your favorite dipper.
