- 12oz of Creamette Small Egg Noodles
- 2 cups of Rice Crispies
- 6oz of Cream Cheese
- 3 Whisked Eggs
- 1/4 Cup of Marshmallow Whip
- 1/2 Cup of Sugar
- 1 Cup of Milk
- 1tsp of Vanilla Extract
- 1tbsp of Unsalted Butter
- Brown Sugar for Topping
- Preheat the Oven to 350′
- Cook the Egg Noodles as you normally would via the package.
- While the Egg Noodles are cooking, soften the Marshmallow Whip with the Cream Cheese in the Microwave in a big bowl.
- Add in the Eggs, Sugar, Milk and Vanilla and mix until smooth.
- Once the Egg Noodles are softened, slowly mix them into the mixture in the bowl until the noodles are well coated.
- Pour the whole mixture into a casserole dish.
- Top it off with the Rice Crispies and a little Brown Sugar.
- Melt the Butter and drizzle it over the top.
- Cook for 30min!
