I grew up with Carmex as a household name. It used to be the only brand of lip balm that my mother would buy. This was way back when, and they only had the little jars. I remember when they brought out the tubes, it was the biggest deal to my mom. We no longer had to use our finger to apply the lip balm.
Their line has come a long way since then, now including sticks and different flavors. Lucky for us, it’s still the trusted brand that we have known and loved since I can remember.
In recent years, the Carmex brand has come an even longer way with the addition of a skin care line full of lotions, creams and ointment. The new products work just like the lip balms, relief for your cracked, dry skin.

I think the Carmex Hydrating Lotion works great. It quickly absorbs into the skin, with no greasy after feel. It smells just like the lip balm though, which takes a bit of getting used to for me. However, my boys prefer it since it doesn’t smell fruity like all of my other lotions!
