My little girl is very picky when it comes to textures of fruits and veggies. I’ve tried everything to try to get her to eat them…nothing has worked. So in order for her to still get the nutrition she needs I’ve been blending up her fruits in veggies into a smoothie…it’s working! Yay…one point for mom!

When I got the chance to review ‘Squeez ‘Ems,’ I was very excited! These little pouches give me the opportunity to mix up the smoothies in advance and store them in the fridge. Also, the kids can just grab one and go. Not to mention when we’re in the van I can pack them up and take them along with us!

The great thing about Squeez ‘Ems pouches is the fact you can reuse them. You can puree any type of food, then drink them, then put them in your dishwasher, and then reuse them again! No need to buy prepackaged pouches that may be bad for the environment and the ingredients may be harmful to your children. Obviously my little girl is enjoying her Squeez ‘Em smoothie! You can see they are the perfect size for toddlers little hands. One word of caution, make sure they ‘like’ what you’ve pureed for them, otherwise they won’t ‘like’ the pouches. Here’s a simple smoothie recipe to get you started with the Squeez ‘Em pouches.

Strawberry and Banana Smoothie:

5 ice cubes

1/2 Banana

4 Strawberries

Splash of orange juice or water

Splash of Kefir Milk

Divide evenly into pouches, then store in fridge.
