In a household the size of mine, it gets dirty quick. I am constantly picking up messes, cleaning and disinfecting. There are certain products – like all of these kitchen and bathroom cleaning tools from Scotch-Brite – that just help me do those tedious little tasks a tad bit easier.
They offer sponges and dishwands to help me get that yucky stuck on food off my dishes. They even have those lint rollers – which we totally need with 3 dogs in the house. I swear I’ve said several times that I need to buy stock in those things!
I do not even like to discuss my bathroom. I live with 6 males – enough said! I need all the help I can get with keeping that baby clean and disinfected.
Now I’ll be honest, I’d never seen bathroom specific products from Scotch-Brite before and was really quite surprised that they carried things like a plunger and toilet bowl brush. When I opened up the box and saw that they were actually sorta pretty, I was amazed!
The handles are made of clear hard plastic and have a tilt at the end of it. The plunger sure looks more attractive that our old wooden handle plunger. It comes inside a white holder too, so you can have that side face the outside and the open side face the back. That way, no one even realizes you have a plunger next to the toilet – which I totally have to have in this house, trust me!
The toilet bowl cleaner works great too. It’s got more bristles that my old one and I like the little bowl shaped holder it sits in.
Disinfecting wipes are used on everything around here! I swear, just call me the walking disinfectant wipe lady because I’m always carrying one, wiping down surfaces. Scotch-Brite Disinfecting Wipes really do the trick and they smell great too!
