Spring has arrived but most days you might wonder if it really has because our weather in Wisconsin isn’t very “spring like”. One day will be 40 degrees and rainy, then we’ll have a sunny 60 degree day the next. Well we all know that this is the time of year when a nasty cold or flu start hitting many people?we know and that’s why I’m taking steps to maintain my health.
My day starts by waking?up to my alarm clock that I swear goes off earlier every day, then waking my kids up and rushing them out the door for school. Next I’ll sit down?and go through emails and by the time I’m about halfway done with that, I’m feeling a little hungry.
