How to Make Loaded Mini Baked Potato Bites
Wash the potatoes, then place them in a bowl and toss with olive oil and coarse sea salt.

Transfer the potatoes to the air fryer basket and cook at 385°F for 27–30 minutes, shaking the basket every 8–10 minutes, until fork-tender. (Cooking time may vary for larger potatoes.)

When done, arrange the potatoes on a baking sheet or serving platter.

Cut an “X” into the top of each one and gently pinch the sides to open them up.
