Do I need to pre-cook the bacon?
Yes, you can prep them ahead and store them in the refrigerator before cooking. They’re best served hot and crispy, right after air frying.
These can definitely be enjoyed without a dipping sauce. But if you’re a fan of dipping, ranch, spicy mayo, or even a little barbecue sauce make great dipping options to balance the salty and tangy flavors.

How to Make Bacon Wrapped Dilly Bites
Slice the bacon strips in half.
Pour the Dilly Bites into a small bowl and pick out 12 of the biggest ones. You’ll notice there are some tiny pieces mixed in, so go ahead and snack on those if you like.

Take a half slice of bacon and lay it flat. Set a Dilly Bite at one end and roll the bacon around it. If you need a little stretch to cover the pickle, that’s fine. Hold it all together with a toothpick.

Place all the wrapped pickles in a single layer in your air fryer basket. Set the temperature to 385°F and cook for 15 minutes. Every 5 minutes, give the basket a shake so everything browns evenly.

When they’re done, move the bites to a plate. Let them cool for a minute, then dig in and enjoy!
