How to Make Slime Cupcakes
Set your oven to 350°F and get your cupcake pan ready with liners. In a big bowl, mix the cake mix, eggs, butter, and whole milk until they’re fluffy. Add a few drops of neon green food coloring and mix well. You might need more drops to get a bright green color. Fill the liners about three-quarters full with the batter. Bake for 21 minutes.

In a medium bowl, mix the sprinkles. In a stand mixer, beat the butter, powdered sugar, heavy cream, and vanilla until the frosting is fluffy and forms peaks. Take about 1½ cups of frosting, put it in a medium bowl, and add a few drops of black gel food coloring. With the remaining frosting, add 6 to 8 drops of neon green gel food coloring.
Prepare a large piping bag by placing it in a big cup and folding the edges over the rim. Spoon 1 cup of green frosting on one side and 1 cup of black frosting on the other side of the bag. Set aside.

Use a scooper to put green frosting on each cupcake. Smooth the frosting into a flat disk with an angled spatula. Dip the frosted top into the sprinkles until it’s fully coated. Use the piping bag to add a dollop of frosting in the center. Drizzle green sparkle gel around the dollop and add more drips on top. Place a green gumball on top. Enjoy!
