Before diving into this book I suggest checking out my review of Book 1 Super Sons: The Polarshield Project in a previous blog post. This is one of those series where I highly suggest you read book 1 before reading book 2. This book starts right where book 1 left off. The sons of Superman and Batman are now on the run since their town is now in ruins. They are now on a mission to find a sample of the virus that is threatening to kill everyone. The third mini super hero in this trio is Candace and she has her own journey to take as she is still discovering what all her powers can do. Of course it is teamwork that brings them together to get stuff done. Book 2 is exciting and exactly what I wanted after reading Book 1 again as I love setting myself up for a sequel. This book is great for middle grade readers and for both boys and girls because teens and tweens enjoy reading books where kids their own ages are taking charge to save the world. The only bad part is you will want Book 3 ASAP so that you can see how it all plays out in the end!
