White chocolate dipped OREO Carrot Cake Cookies
These white chocolate dipped OREO Carrot Cake Cookies are super simple to make, and only require a few ingredients.
Ingredients:
- 1 package OREO Carrot Cake Cookies
- 1 cup white chocolate chips (melted)
- sprinkles
Step 1. Melt the white chocolate chip. I always just use the microwave method, but you can do whichever way you prefer. If using the microwave, just put on high for 20 second intervals, stirring very well in between, until all of the chips are melted.
Step 2. Dip theOREO Carrot Cake Cookies into the melted white chocolate. Place on wax paper and sprinkle some sprinkles on top.
Step 3.Let the chocolate harden and enjoy! I always stick a tray in the refrigerator to let my chocolate harden quicker, since I am impatient.
