Sugar scrubs are so simple to make, and you likely already have all, or at least most of the ingredients in your kitchen. Today I’m sharing a natural sugar scrub with fresh blueberries that can be stored in the refrigerator for up to one month. Check out our entire collection of diy body scrub recipes.
When making our diy bath and beauty products, we like to use Rocky Mountain Oils, because they have such a great selection of single oils as well as essential oil blends. We also love this mica powder for any of our projects that require color, and this sweet almond oil anytime a carrier oil is called for in a recipe.
Sugar scrubs are great for exfoliating those dead skin cells. I like to use them on my feet, where the skin is especially rough and tough. Soak your feet for about 10 minutes, apply the’sugar scrub and rub it around. It’s like a mini spa day at home with your very own pedicure. Trust me, your feet will feel amazing after this process, and you’ll want to give yourself a pedicure at home every week!
This blueberry sugar scrub is made with just 3 ingredients and does not contain any extra colorants or fragrances. Fresh pureed blueberries are actually what give it this beautiful color.
