It’s summer vacation and kiddos all over are home for the summer. That means that us parents are in charge of lunch for the next couple of months, and let’s face it, the same old lunch every day can get rather boring, especially for kiddos. Make lunch time fun
It really is easy to make lunch time fun. You’ve just got to get a little bit creative and think outside of the box a bit. Instead of serving lunch on plates, try divided boxes. Use a small cookie cutter or a shape punch to cut watermelon into little hearts. Skip the bread and cut salami and cheese into 1 inch chunks and stick a toothpick through them. Slice up some pickles into bite size pieces and add a handful of their favorite cereal or cracker snack.
