Barron’s Educational Series Inc. has some great educational products -When I taught I didn’t realize it at the time, but I had their entire collection of?Anholt’s Artists books for children. ?They were donated to my classroom library and I used them as often as I could. ?Recently I was reunited with Barron’s products and remembered why I love their company so much -Their products are of the best quality and are very artsy. ?As an artist my reference library is enormous, but I can’t get enough. ?I’m always looking for new ideas, but while I’m thinking of what my next project will be I like to destress by coloring in adult color in books. ?Barron’s adult coloring books have’so many options: Extreme Coloring Tattoos, Dream Laugh Dance, Garden Dreams to Color, Zen Dreams, Dreams of Flowers, Mandala Delights, Enchanting Mandalas and Sea of Colors.
In Extreme Coloring Tattoos you will find?intricately detailed dragons, angels, wolves, a rising phoenix, a serpent-headed Medusa, exotic orchids, and more. ?This book is??9 5/8″ x 11 1/8″ and is bound on the side. ?My favorite feature?about this book is that each design has a description of its meaning.
Their Pads of Color series include: Dream Laugh Dance, Garden Dreams to Color and Zen Dreams. ?They are 8 1/8″ x 8 1/8″ which is a great size to work in. ?They are bound at the top and very sturdy just like a drawing pad. ?If you like to draw you know what I’m referring to.
I like their Mini Pads of Color best -Their titles include: Dreams of Flowers,?Mandala Delights, Enchanting Mandalas and Sea of Colors. ?This is my favorite series because of its intimate size?5 7/8″ x 5 7/8″ perfect to put in your purse and take to work for those stressful moments -These pads are also bound at the top. ?Honestly I’m not sure whether I would like them bound at the top or on the side. ?I think it depends on their dimensions, and it makes it easier to work in if the square shape?pads are?bound at the top.
All of these beautiful adult coloring books are filled with beautiful images to color. ?Since their company?offers so many different sizes that means they also offer a variety of prices to accommodate everyone’s budget.
