There are over 16 different Heartbeat plush animals to choose from. Some feature the picture frame where you can even put in a print out from an ultrasound visit. Just take the recorder to your doctor’s appointment or local ultrasound studio and simply press to record 20 seconds of your baby’s heartbeat. You could also record the heartbeat with your phone and then put it on the recorder when you get home.
Then you insert the recorder into the opening on in the back of the stuffed animal. Then pull and knot the interior drawstrings then fasten the Velcro closure securely. Then all you do is press the stuffed animal (near where you placed the heart) and you can hear the recording which will stop after 20 seconds.
The brand has also just launched a new app where you can simply?upload your baby’s heartbeat for safekeeping, forever.? This allows for peace of mind if you accidentally erase the recording from the sound module, or it allows you to temporarily switch the recording to a sibling singing a lullaby, a parent-to-child good night sign off or your child’s first words. ?You can change the recording, as desired, without worry that you’ll lose the original.
