My daughter is well on her way to reading 100 books this summer which is her personal goal. I am so happy to see how both my girls truly enjoy reading. Here are the July picks from Parragon with a little something for each child in the family.
Join Dory, Marlin and Nemo in Finding Dory: There’s Always a Way super sticker and coloring book! Bring the awesome ocean scenes to life, add color to the fish and coral, decorate Dory in blue and yellow, and then fill each page with your fantastic stickers. There is so much to do and discover inside! This really is a coloring book that offers HOURS of entertainment. Especially great for long road trips or airplane rides. Finding Dory is a huge hit in our house so this book was especially exciting for them. Fair warning there are movie SPOILERS as the coloring book contains the movie story line in it.

Then press the sound buttons to hear all the splashing, singing, roaring and squeaking! Kids of all ages love books with sounds and my 2 girls are no exceptions. A great book for summer for sure!

Then collect the terrifying shark teeth and put them and your knowledge on display! A must for any little marine biologists.
This Little Piggy is a ridiculously adorable nursery rhyme board book that features a fun piggy character finger puppet toy built in to the book. Encouraging interactive play, hand-eye coordination, and language development for babies ages 6+ months. The perfect size for little hands is ideal for reading and playtime on-the-go. This finger puppet type board books are some of my all time favorite books to read to babies.
For the youngest of readers is the fun touch and feel board book Let’s Play. This Little Learners book is for babies and toddlers and with the turn of each page baby gets to move their hand across the page to feel different textures. My youngest especially loves touch and feel books and I could read them to her over and over again. Like most board books it is nice and sturdy so that baby can actually play with it and it will still survive. Easily fits in a diaper bag or would make a cute addition to a baby shower gift.
We have already had our little vacation to the beach this summer but we are doing tons of day trips on the weekend to keep busy and try and have a memorable summer. Off to the beach, water park and springs keeps us cool! These books are great for the car rides on the way there and better yet my girls love to read them. Have a fun summer!
