I have discovered a new sports company called COOP Sports! They have a new twist on an old game everyone loved as a child formally known as dodgeball the new and improved is referred to as Scatter Dodgeball. This is a version of dodgeball the whole family can enjoy. We opened it at soon as it arrived and began to play. Unfortunately, we were experiencing scorching temperatures that were in the low 100’s so we decided that we could try it out in our pool although it is designed for the ground.
Scatter Dodgeball is designed for ages 5+, due to the rules of the game a child would need to be able to comprehend them. My son is not quite three, and it was hard for him to understand he had to give his new ball to his sisters. Don?t worry the instructions for the game are quite simple and make the game even more fun for your family.
Scatter Dodgeball Rules:
? Each player starts out with two (2) same-colored wristbands.
? At the beginning of each round, all players form a circle around the dodgeball and one player rolls the foam dice.
? Any player who is wearing a wristband that matches the color on the side of the dice that lands facing upward may pick up the dodgeball and throw it at any of the other players.
? Any player whose wristbands do not match the side of the dice scatter to avoid being hit.
? If a thrower hits another player, that player must give the thrower one (1) of their wristbands.
? If the player’s throw is caught by another player, the thrower must give one (1) wristband to the person who caught the dodgeball.
? The first player to collect all of the wristbands wins!
My children are 2, 6 and 10. I can honestly say we all had fun playing Scatter Dodgeball! If you think this game sounds fun then you must check out their other games!
