We’re already halfway through January and that means Valentine’s Day is just around the corner. I love this time of year because I like to get creative with delicious treats and fun crafts for my family. One of my personal favorite treats are white chocolate dipped valentine’s pretzels and they sure are perfect for Valentine;s Day!
Mmm, just see how scrumptious those babies look. I’m craving one right now!
The great thing about these White Chocolate Dipped Valentine’s Pretzels is that they’re easy and fun to make so it’s a great treat?for the kids to help with.
Funny, yet not so funny story I have to share. I made these last week and set them in the refrigerator so that the chocolate could set. I planned to take my photos later but the winter skies got dark and artificial light just wasn’t cutting it. I thought they’d be safe in the refrigerator, since I made other treats that were on the counter for everyone to enjoy. I went to grab them the following morning for photos and almost all of my pretzels had been eaten! I was so ticked and ended up having to make them all over again!
So the lesson here is that these are just too tasty for anyone to pass up!
Ingredients:
- Pretzel Rods
- White chocolate
- Valentine’s sprinkles
Directions:
- Melt your chocolate, using your preferred method.
- Pretzel rods are rather large, so I find it easier to spoon the chocolate on, rather than dipping them. Hold your pretzel over the bowl of melted chocolate and start spooning the chocolate onto it. Once it’s covered, gently tap the end of the rod on the bottom of your bowl so the chocolate evens out.
- Set on parchment paper and add sprinkles!
- Place in refrigerator to allow the chocolate to set.
