Check out the fun and colorful companion book to Red: A Crayon’s Story written and illustrated by the talented Michael Hall, the New York Times?bestselling children’s author. In this book the crayons are ready to put on a play of the thrilling tale of Frankencrayon but a catastrophe happens when it is discovered someone has scribbled on a page and that means the story just can?t go on! Hall reminds children (and adults) about seeing the beauty in unexpected places!

Wait.
How can we be on the front flap of a canceled book?
Good question.
My girls love seeing a story with crayons as the main characters since that is the medium they work with in their daily coloring. This time all the crayons are ready to go until they discover a giant scribble across the whole page. Nothing they can do will make it go away so they decide to cancel the production of Frankencrayon. You will have to read through the whole book to discover the perpetrator of the scribbles. Another adorable book both my girls really enjoy!
