This is a science-fiction adventure film for the whole family and since it is rated PG I let both my girls (ages 4 and 7) sit down to watch it for our weekly family movie night. In another dimension the top minds of the world are brought together to live in “Tomorrowland.” It is loosely based off the futuristic themed lands in the Disney theme parks and Walt Disney’s view of the future. Frank Walker who lived in Tomorrowland a long time ago but was banished and a teenage girl named Casey must work together to get to Tomorrowland to save the world from a terrible fate. The story moves around a lot so younger viewers might have trouble following along but I really enjoyed it and my 7 year old had no problem understanding what was going on. There are other dimensions, space travel, robots and a hope for a better tomorrow all wrapped up in one good movie. It is so refreshing to see a film with original themes and story-lines.
