I grew up building with bricks and now I really enjoy playing with them with my girls. We can spend hours just building whatever comes to our minds. My girls especially are the type to build whatever they want…no instructions needed. Big Bags of Bricks Pastel Blocks includes an assortment of 500 blocks in different colors, shapes, and sizes. The colors include: purple, pink, light green and light blue. These fun pastel colors are the exact colors my girls enjoy most so they really like this set.
Big Backs of Bricks are a super affordable alternative to the expensive, name-brand blocks. The 500 pc variety pack includes 8 unique pastel colors with most 4-dimples or larger, allowing you to build big! The price of a 500 pc Big Bag of Bricks pieces is comparable to around 200 Legos. You might be surprised to see how far 500 pieces really goes. It gives us more than enough so all 3 of us can build at once with plenty leftover.
Don’t forget their super important base plates that are designed custom to fit with Legos, Megablocks, and other building block sets. Base Plates are what keep your creations together! We tried out the Blue Base Plates and the Small Pink and Purple Base Plates. These are their new thicker ones that lay perfectly flat and they work great! The bricks snapped onto it and they stayed there.
The great thing about building with bricks is that the possibilities are endless. It is a chance for kid’s creativity to shine!
My husband is kind of a LEGO snob and he said he would have no problem mixing these pieces in with his precious LEGO pieces. He told me he actually likes them and they work great. That means a lot coming from him!
