Juicing seems to be the latest health craze, and with good reason. It’s an easy way to get in your daily recommended amount of fruits and vegetables and provides a host of vitamins and minerals. I’ve been wanting to try juicing, but had no clue where to start. With so many different products on the market, it can be hard to know which one is the right one. I was able to give the Juicepresso Platinum a try for juicing and now I’m hooked.
The Juicepresso is a cold-press juicer that features a one of a kind 3-in-1 Smart Extraction System that merges the auger, strainer and rotating brush components. This allows for easy cleanup and reassembly. Unlike other juicers with multiple parts, you simply pull out the BPA-free unit, rinse it by hand or put it in the dishwasher, and put it back in the drum. Cleanup is a breeze with the Juicepresso.
I love how little room the Juicepresso takes on my counter. Most other juicers use a larger AC motor; the Juicepresso has a powerful, yet smaller DC motor that makes a less bulky juicer and is guaranteed to last at least 7 years.
In addition to a smaller, more powerful motor, the Juicepresso also operates at slow speed of 40 RPM, instead of the usual 80 RPM of other juicers. The juicing time remains the same, but your fruits and vegetables are processed slower meaning you get maximum juice extraction. The Juicepresso provides up to 40% more juice that can last up to 72 hours in the refrigerator.

It’s great how quickly I can have fresh juice with the Juicepresso. It took me right around 2 minutes from start to finish to make a carrot, apple, and spinach juice. I love how quiet the machine is too. Even though the juicer is running and actively juicing the produce, you can still hear me talking just fine. I’ve been to juice bars before and honestly could hardly hear the people I was next to because the juicers were so loud, so it’s nice to have a quieter one in my home.
Not only can you make delicious, fresh juice, but you can create soups, sauces and more. You can also use the pulp for things like baby food, baking, and smoothies.
