It’s hard to believe the summer is starting to wind down and school is getting closer and closer. As strange as it sounds, back to school shopping is one of my favorite things to do. I love the fresh-start feeling to new folders, notebooks, and of course, a new backpack. This year High Sierra has grown it’s lineup of back to school backpacks to include some?fun new designs and features.
I picked the Tethur pack because of the fun colors and cool design. This backpack has a ton of room for everything you need for school while offering the comfort and durability that High Sierra is known for.

Not only can this pack carry school supplies, but there are dedicated pockets for your laptop and tablet. The laptop sleeve is fleece-lined and padded to keep your laptop secure. My 17″ fit in there with room to spare, so this can definitely accommodate larger laptops. ?This area is on the very back, so your laptop will remain flat against your back while wearing.
There’s a tablet pocket in the front as well. I’ll admit I’ve always gotten nervous putting my tablet in with my books and pencils in the past because I was afraid it would get banged up. With a dedicated pocket just for my tablet, it’s nice to know it’ll be safer and easily accessible.
The Tethur has a TON of space. When I was in nursing school, my backpack had barely enough room for all of my books so I often ended up carrying some. That’s definitely not the case with this backpack. I like the lining on the inside making it easier to clean and there’s even pockets and space to keep pens, pencils, etc. While filling this backpack would certainly make it heavy, the padded straps ensure your comfort during wear.
High Sierra has really created the ultimate backpack with the Tethur. This would be perfect for high schoolers and especially for college students.
