I can’t believe it’s already that time of year, but it is and the holidays are fast approaching. Stores everywhere are stocking their shelves for the holiday rush and people are already crossing Christmas gifts off their lists. And I’ll admit, I’ve already started my shopping too. At Walmart, just the other day, I found this display of Northpole by Hallmark products!
I’ve been excited for the movie and was quite giddy when I found the great toys and other fun holiday merchandise. I couldn’t resist picking up a few items! I chose a Once Upon A Northpole Christmas story book and Find me Santa Snowflake for my niece because she loves to read and is at the age where the magic of Christmas is so real. I just know that she will love them both!
The Find me Santa Snowflake is so neat and really brings the magic of the season right inside children’s bedrooms. Watch the video below to see the magic come to life!
I have this thing where I’m obsessed with the color blue as well as snowflakes when it comes to gift packaging, so I knew this adorable little gift bag was the perfect fit for my nieces gifts. I topped it off with some matching tissue paper to make the gift really “pop”.
I do a lot of baking during the holidays and it was a tradition that my mom and I used to bake cookies together every year. We’d spend a whole day making all different kinds and honestly, it’s one of the fondest memories that I have of time together that her and I used to share. Since Lil Man has found a love for cooking, I’m sure he’ll get in on the cookie making with me this year and when I saw the Bake Like an Elf set and Sprinkle Bell, I just had to grab it for him!
I gave it to him nice and early to get him all excited, and that he was! He loved that it included little recipe mitt of his very own and though the Sprinkle Bell was quite cool. I do too in fact because every time I let him do the sprinkles, he puts way to much on! The Sprinkle Bell uses a perfect measurement so you get the right amount each time. Plus, it’s just adorable!
He’s been a little under the weather, so I thought we’d bake some sugar cookies to cheer him up. We had such a fun time baking and decorating together and I love that we already started to make new holiday memories!
