I’m still smarting over the series finale of ‘How I Met Your Mother’. It was one of my favorite shows to watch with the husband and to gossip about with friends. My best friend and I might even know which characters we would be (spoiler: I’m totally ‘The Mother’!) and when a friend asked me to bake up some cookies, I just knew what recipe I was ready to tackle!
Then, I topped these bad Mother’s with a bit of sea salt, because, why not? So, what do you get? A sweet, peanut butter-y, bitter-sweet, salty treat that just dances on your tongue and you’ll have all your friends and family asking for more! Straight from the oven, the centers just melt open. Nice and cool, they go great in some milk.
