Midnight Castle for iPad by Big Fish Games Plus iPad Mini Sweepstakes

I am no stranger to video/computer/app games. They are just something I love to do and I could play them for hours on end. I am always excited when I new game comes out and especially an adventure game like Midnight Castle. In this game your eccentric uncle has bequeathed you a magical castle. Your quest is to find the Mystery Chamber but of course it is not easy as you encounter magical people and creatures along the way.

Here is the official trailer. I always feel trailers give a better portrayal of a game over still shots alone.

My review is me playing on my iPad mini and all the still shots are of me actually playing the game. You start out in front of your newly inherited castle.

You get to play a lot of hidden object games to find magical objects to earn coins to complete tasks to move on to other levels. As any gamer can tell you…leveling up is important in adventure game play.

As you meet characters you will need to find and/or complete things for them so they give you what you need to move on.

The graphics are stunning and I feel like it plays smoothly and offers tons of small little games that keep the game interesting.

I love magical games with fantasy as the theme. In terms of Free apps it does not get any better than this. This one has over 350+ quests with 40+ hours of enchanted game play. You can unlock mini-games and play with friends to exchange gifts and information. Since it only came out today I have not played more than a few hours worth but I am already hooked. I just love games that you have to use your mind to complete things to move on. If you are a beginner this is a great game to start with since I found the learning curve to get started low, which means you can start playing and enjoying it right away!
