If you’re anything like me, who is a stay-at-home mom and is with her children almost every minute of the day, you want your “alone time.” Like most moms I do allow my toddler some “tech” time on my iPhone 4. This allows me to get the laundry folded or the dishes done with out being distracted. BUT, many times she’ll come crying because she closed the app, or sometimes I worry she’s messing with photo’s or buying something because of access to that darn home button.
KidGlove has been a total life saver when it comes to letting my toddler play games on my iPhone 4. The picture above shows all the pieces you’ll get with your KidGlove.
The two white pieces slide onto your phone and snap together on the back. This was pretty easy, although I needed to use a little muscle for the snapping part.
I chose the Aqua KidGlove, which I am so glad and love the color! They also offer five other colors for your iPhone 4 or 4s – black, gray, blue, and two different shades of pink.
The glove was very easy to pull on.
Here comes the part where it becomes “kid-friendly.” The plate up there slides up and down. When your toddler is playing their game simply slide the plate down and it will lock into place.
As you can see it conceals the home button…so now your phone is kid-friendly and you don’t have to worry about the – buying something in the app store or deleting your photo’s.
I have used this KidGlove for a month now and really love it! It was NOT hard to put on and although, at first, it’s harder to slide the plate up and down eventually it becomes easier and easier.
