It’s that time of year – the cold, wet and windy time. Our weather in Wisconsin went from summer temperatures to winter in no time flat. So of course, my family has already been hit with a cold. This isn’t just your average cold though, it’s more of a “I’ve been hit by a Mack truck and I can’t get up kind” that just refuses to go away. I’ve been suffering sinus pain for what seems like forever now and finally my symptoms are almost gone. Thankfully, since I swear my head about floated away a few times!

I know I could certainly do a lot with that money, so I created a sketch and entered. It took me just a few minutes and it was actually kind of fun! Now when my sinus pressure is really bad, it’s almost unbearable. My head feels like it’s full of air and it will just take off like a helium balloon and fly off at any second. Some days, when it’s really bad, my nose is like a leaky faucet that just won’t stop! My husband laughs at me because I often go to bed with a box of tissue, holding one in each hand – no joke!
