As a mom of two boys, Cars was very big in our household since the very first movie released – too many years ago to count. My boys grew up with Lightning McQueen and Mater as some of their favorite characters and even love them still to this day. In fact, just the other night – I walked into my bedroom and Lil Man was watching Cars!
When I started seeing my fellow Social Fabric members sharing photos of all these awesome Disney Parties {including Cars}, I couldn’t help but feel just a little sting because my boys are just so beyond that “kids party” stage and I miss it. Our kids seem to just grow up too fast. One day they are babies, then they’re talking about their first crush the next.
So my motto is – don’t let the younger years slip through the cracks. Make them as fun and memorable as you can. That’s just what Kristy from Mommy Hates Cooking did when she threw a Disney Cars Dream Party for her son! Please check out her party below! {Thanks for sharing Kristy!}
Now that’s a pretty awesome party if I do say so myself. She did a fantastic job and I’m sure her son was just over the moon with excitement!
