I am a long time user and big time fan of Shutterfly. I have been making an annual photo book every year since Big Sis was born. I then order copies for all the grandparents at Christmas and bam…just like that Christmas gifts are done for them. I am horrible at gift buying for others (except my girls as they are so young it is still easy). I find that gifts for adults and even husband are just hard for me to figure out. I got to review a photo canvas. I have done many photo books in the past, photo ornaments and coffee mugs but this was my very first canvas. The hard part for me is that I don’t like a huge close up shot of someone’s face. I prefer smaller pictures or ones with nice settings in the background. I head on over to the canvas photo section of Shutterfly and I was super excited to see that they have several options including ones that don’t put a huge face on the wall. I love the idea of a family tree picture collage (and more than likely the wife and/or mother in your life will love it too hint hint).

It turned out amazing! I am now hooked on canvas pictures. I would love to have a big one printed from my wedding almost 8 years ago now and put it up in my bedroom. One of my silhouette ones since I am not a fan at looking at pictures of myself.

Photo gifts are pretty much the foolproof gift. Mom’s take tons of photos but often don’t have time to print them out. I think the new stainless steel mugs look really cool and would get lots of use if you know someone that drinks a lot on the go.
