As we rang in the new year, many of us {especially moms} made resolutions to eat better, healthier food and to lose weight. I’m sure some of those resolutions stuck, while many other most likely hit the wayside after just a few weeks. That’s the thing with resolutions. You have to really want it in order for them to effectively work.
Take a look at the infographic below. Some of the results might actually shock you. I know some of these were quite shocking to me! For instance, 41 % of survey takers are calorie counting, while 79% plan to eat healthier. That tells me that about half of our nation, possibly even more, doesn’t eat right. I’m guilty of it too, so I suppose I’m part of that statistic!

I’ve had the pleasure of trying the Tyson? Grilled & Ready? Chicken before. I actually made a delicious Chicken Cacciatore that tasted pretty similar to my homemade version, which really surprised me. Over the years, I’ve used it in salads and other quick dishes here and there as well. I’d love to try this Chicken Avocado Pear Wrap from Tyson? Foods. It looks quite delicious!
