Eating breakfast is important and can help you stay focused and have more energy during the day. Cereal is a nice quick and easy choice that my family eats quite often. On any given day, there are anywhere from 3-6 open boxes of cereal in our cupboard!
Feeding my kids healthy food is important and oftentimes, among those boxes are some of Kellogg’s cereals made from wholesome ingredients such as corn, rice and wheat. Actually, Rice Krispes is one of Big Bro’s favorite cereals and Raisin Bran has been on the top of my list since I was a kid. My Grandma introduced me to Shredded Wheat when I was young and to this day that one along with Frosted Mini Wheats are my absolute favorite cereals!
Kellogg’s knows the importance of keeping it simple for your family. That’s why they’ve created the Start Simple, Start Right website chocked full of information about 5 of their cereals that contain 7 ingredients or less. They all start with a single grain and contain vitamins and minerals too. You can check out more details about the Start Simple, Start Right initiative from Kellogg’s too.
I’d love for you to check out the following videos regarding Kellogg’s Seed to Spoon approach. There are three different videos, features the different grains used to make Kellogg’s cereals; Wheat Video, Corn Video and Rice Video.
I participated in a campaign on behalf of Mom Central Consulting for Kellogg’s. I received sample products to facilitate my review as well as a promotional item as a thank-you for participating. All opinions are my own and/or my family’s, take it or leave it. Click here to view my whole disclosure policy.
