US Cellular has just launched a Hello Better campaign. They’re encouraging people to say goodbye to dysfunctional wireless relationships and say hello to a better experience.
US Cellular offers its customers benefits such as a points based rewards program, free battery swap {I’d love this!}, no contract after the first contract ends and so much more. They believe that people deserve better and that a cell phone should make your life easier.

This statistic doesn’t really surprise me, but that’s actually the sad thing! If we’re spending hard earned money on something, shouldn’t we be happy with it? I think so!
“Out of the 1,208 participants polled across four regions of the country, 56 percent of the respondents admitted to being unhappy with their carrier over the past year but only 35 percent of all respondents have ever broken up with their provider.”
